Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Simply browse our catalogue and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping basket (click the add button next to each item). After you have finished your selection, click on the shopping trolley button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.

 

Payment Method
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept UK cheques and postal orders. Please note that orders paid for by cheque will be despatched upon successful clearance of funds. Cheques and postal orders must be received by us within 7 days of the order being placed. If not, we will inform you by email. If we have still not received it after a further 7 days you will be emailed with notification of your order being cancelled.
 
Acceptance of your order does not necessarily mean that we have processed your credit / debit card successfully. If we have any issues in processing your card, you will be notified. We reserve the right to remove an item from the catalogue, amend the price or any other detail on the website at any time without prior warning, consent or notification.
 
We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any incorrect website content. If one of your chosen products is not available, or the price has changed you will be notified. We will not substitute one item for another without first contacting you.*
 
Shipping And Handling
We currently ship smaller items to anywhere within the UK.
Carrage charges are as follows:

Delivery Schedule
Most items are usually immediately available so orders are generally received within a few days. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be kept up to date via email with the option to change your order if you would rather not wait.
 
If a shipment is returned to us as a result of the recipient being un-contactable or not responding to a card left by the carriers, a second delivery charge may be made at our discretion before the goods are re-delivered.
 
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site and once your order has been completed, we do not hold any card details. This is to further protect you.
 
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item
 
Returns Policy Damaged items
If items arrive damaged, we require you to send the product back to us in its original packaging or similar. A new item will be dispatched upon receipt and possibly upon investigation.
 
Erroneous Items
Items sent out in error will be exchanged for the correct item. We will send you a reply paid box or envelope and once we have received the incorrect item back from you, we will despatch the correct one.
 
You must notify us of any problems with your order within 7 days of receipt of your order. Failure to do so will leave us unable to rectify any problems.
